1. The installation method provided by the user: buried or on the ground, while providing the equipment foundation (concrete foundation) according to the company's equipment floor plan and equipment foundation diagram, the average foundation pressure is required to be above 5000Kg / m2.

After connecting the pipeline, first test with fresh water to confirm that the pipeline connection is not leaking. At the same time, adjust the level of the weir plate of the sedimentation tank and the height of the water. Check the forward and reverse of each motor equipment.
Check the overall equipment. After confirming that the installation is correct, backfill the earthwork and prepare for commissioning.
The sewage pump is adjusted to raise the rated flow of sewage to the equipment, and the aeration system is started (the aeration amount can be appropriately increased in the initial stage of the commissioning). The growth of the organism in the contact oxidation tank is checked daily through the inspection port. Users with conditions can use the microscope to observe the biological species and approximate The quantity, when the brown or yellow biofilm is attached to the filler, it can be considered that the biological culture has been successful and can enter the normal operation.
If the raw water is factory organic sewage, you can use domestic sewage or artificially input some biological nutrients to cultivate the biofilm, and then gradually add industrial organic sewage to domesticate and inoculate the organism.
When the average temperature is 20 ° C, the cultivation time of domestic sewage biofilm usually takes 1-2 weeks, and the cultivation and domestication time of industrial organic sewage biofilm usually takes 3-4 weeks.
